Pinnacle Properties is the dream of developer Shawn Kajani who has had much success in real estate development both in Canada and more internationally. Some of his projects in Canada have been "Royal Heights" which was an 88 lot single family subdivision, Emerald Estates a 42 unit townhome project, Emerald Terrace a 38 unit condominium development, Royal Ranch which is a 260 acre ranch property which he subdivided into 26 private 10 acre parcels for ranches. Another Canadian project was Bristol Gardens a 62 condominium project. Mr. Kajani was also the owner of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Company with 34 associates in Canada.
Globally Mr. Kajani's projects include;
- Parrot Bay in Costa Rica which is a 70 acre property which he developed into beachfront homes, condominiums, and a hotel property
- Pelicans in Indonesia which is 90 acres of beachfront villas, condominiums, and hotel property
- Marquis in Malaysia which is a 320 unit condominium property
- Rembrandt in Thailand which is a 410 unit condominium property
- Additionally a 320 room hotel and golf resort in Thailand and a 240 room hotel and golf resort property in Grand Cayman
